Return Policy

At Burned By Lynn, your satisfaction matters. If a wood burned sign arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we’ll make it right — because each piece is handcrafted with care and we want you grinning from ear to ear.

Return eligibility

Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Custom and personalized pieces are non-returnable unless there is a workmanship issue or we shipped the wrong item.
Item must be returned in the condition received (please keep original packaging).

How to request a return

Email us at hello@burnedbylynn.com with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue.
We’ll respond within 48 hours with a return authorization and next steps.

Refunds and exchanges

If the issue is confirmed, you may choose a replacement, store credit, or full refund (including original shipping for mistakes on our part).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If you prefer an exchange and the replacement is a custom piece, production time will apply.

Return shipping

For items damaged in transit or incorrect orders, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
For returns due to buyer’s remorse on eligible non-custom items (rare exceptions), the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Non-returnable items

Custom/personalized signs (unless defective or incorrect)
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care

Careful packaging We pack each piece thoughtfully, but if you receive a damaged sign, please save all packaging and take photos — it helps us improve and speeds up your resolution.
