Thank you for shopping with Burned By Lynn. Each piece is created and fulfilled with care.

Processing Times

Because many of our items are handmade and made to order, processing times may vary by product. Most orders are processed within 2 business days before shipment. During busy seasons, launches, or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic orders: [3 - 5 business days]

  • International orders: currently unavailable

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or high shipping volume are outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout / as a flat rate or based on order value.

Example:

  • Orders under $75: are based by USPS rates

  • Orders $75 and up: Free shipping

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been mailed.

Handmade and Custom Orders

Many Burned By Lynn products are handmade. Please note that slight variations are part of the nature of handcrafted work and make each piece unique.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@burnedbylynn.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Burned By Lynn is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first, then email us at hello@burnedbylynn.com and we’ll do our best to help.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
