Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started or the item has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Because each item is handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike. Small differences in wood grain, shading, and burn detail are normal and part of the character of handmade work.
