Return Policy

At Burned By Lynn, your satisfaction matters. If a wood burned sign arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we’ll make it right — because each piece is handcrafted with care and we want you grinning from ear to ear.

Return eligibility

  • Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Custom and personalized pieces are non-returnable unless there is a workmanship issue or we shipped the wrong item.

  • Item must be returned in the condition received (please keep original packaging).

How to request a return

  1. Email us at hello@burnedbylynn.com with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue.

  2. We’ll respond within 48 hours with a return authorization and next steps.

Refunds and exchanges

  • If the issue is confirmed, you may choose a replacement, store credit, or full refund (including original shipping for mistakes on our part).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If you prefer an exchange and the replacement is a custom piece, production time will apply.

Return shipping

  • For items damaged in transit or incorrect orders, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • For returns due to buyer’s remorse on eligible non-custom items (rare exceptions), the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom/personalized signs (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care

Careful packaging We pack each piece thoughtfully, but if you receive a damaged sign, please save all packaging and take photos — it helps us improve and speeds up your resolution.
